Zara launches Capsule inspired by the Barbie movie

Spanish clothing chain Zara has launched a collection inspired by styles showcased in Greta Gerwig's highly anticipated film 'Barbie'.

Titled 'Zara x Barbie' the capsule comprises of womenswear and menswear looks faithful to the film. Standout pieces include the pink gingham dress worn by Margot Robbie and retro black-and-white striped swimsuit worn by the doll herself in 1959, Bomber jackets with the Barbie logo and the denim cowboy outfit seen on Ken. There are also accessories, such as hair clips, jewelry, and homewares as well as an array of footwear including Barbie Crocs and a pair of cowboy boots.

The capsule offers styles for all occasions and is so versatile that fans of the film can play into the nostalgia of these quintessential characters and style themselves like the Barbie's and Kens on the screen while easily adapting pieces into their existing wardrobe.

To celebrate the launch of the collection as well as the release of the film, Zara is also hosting a Barbie Dreamhouse-style pop-up shop in Paris at it's Champs-Elysees store and NYC at it's SoHo Store till July 30. The Zara x Barbie collection is available now to shop on zara.com and in selected stores worldwide.
