Tom Munro is a noted fashion and celebrity photographer.

English by birth, Tom moved to New York in 1990, majoring in photography at Parsons School of Design and going on to a 3 year apprenticeship with arguably the world's most respected fashion photographer.

In 1997 Tom embarked on his own career as a photographer, immediately in demand and achieving overnight success and recognition from his early editorial shoots for British Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. During the last 10 years Tom has contributed to some of the world's most prestigious magazine publications including US Vogue, Italian Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, Russian Vogue, China Vogue, Japanese Vogue and Details.

Tom's dedication and passion towards his craft has attracted some of the fashion and beauty industries most prestigious names, including Alberta Ferretti, Armani, AX, Banana Republic, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chloe, Converse, Cover Girl, Estee Lauder, Gap, Givenchy, H&M, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Lancome, L'Oreal, Max Mara, Maybelline, Miss Sixty, Moschino, as well as prestigious brands such as Davidoff, Omega, TAG Heuer and Smart Water and some of the Music industries most iconic figures, such as Beyonce, Justin Timberlake and Madonna.

In 2008 Tom collaborated with and directed Madonna's music video 'Give it to Me', the success of which led to him directing a second video 'Die Another Day' and shooting the Tour Book for Madonna's "Sticky and Sweet" World Tour.

In March 2010 Tom had an exhibition and pre-book launch in Los Angeles for his first book, titled Tom Munro. The book features his extensive celebrity archive of many highly acclaimed Hollywood actors, Dustin Hoffman, Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslett, Leonardo Dicaprio, Marion Cotillard, Scarlett Johansson and Tom Cruise, to name a few.
