Kwabena Appiah-Nti is a Ghanaian photographer and visual artist based in Accra, Ghana. He is known for his vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life in his home country.

Appiah-Nti was born in Accra, Ghana in 1988. He began taking photographs at a young age, inspired by the beauty of his surroundings. After completing high school, he attended the University of Ghana where he studied photography and visual arts.

In 2012, Appiah-Nti launched his own photography business and has since become one of the most sought-after photographers in Ghana. His work has been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times, The Guardian, and National Geographic. He has also exhibited his work at galleries around the world including the National Museum of African Art in Washington D.C., The Photographers’ Gallery in London, and The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.

Appiah-Nti’s work focuses on capturing everyday life in Ghana with an emphasis on color and light. His photographs often feature vibrant colors that reflect the vibrancy of life in Accra as well as its people and culture. His work has been praised for its ability to capture both the beauty and complexity of life in Ghana.

In addition to his photography career, Appiah-Nti is also an active member of several organizations dedicated to promoting art and culture in Africa including Afro Arts International (AAI) and African Artists Foundation (AAF). He is also a founding member of the African Photography Network (APN), which seeks to promote African photographers around the world through exhibitions, workshops, and other initiatives.
