Jieun Jung is a South Korean photographer and visual artist based in Seoul. She is known for her unique and captivating images that explore the relationship between people and their environment.

Jung began her career as a photographer in 2011, when she was just 19 years old. She quickly gained recognition for her work, which often features dreamy landscapes and intimate portraits of everyday life. Her photographs have been featured in numerous publications, including Vogue Korea, Elle Korea, and Harper’s Bazaar Korea.

In addition to her photography work, Jung has also created several short films that explore themes of identity and belonging. Her films have been screened at various film festivals around the world, including the Busan International Film Festival and the International Short Film Festival in Seoul.

Jung’s work has earned her numerous awards, including the Grand Prize at the Seoul International Photography Festival in 2014 and the Grand Prize at the Seoul International Photo Awards in 2015. In 2016, she was named one of Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 list of young creatives making an impact on their respective fields.

Jung continues to push boundaries with her photography and film projects, exploring new ways to capture emotion through visual storytelling.
