Jiajia Tan is a renowned photographer and visual artist based in Singapore. She is best known for her vibrant and captivating images that explore the beauty of everyday life.

Born in Singapore in 1988, Jiajia began her career as a photographer at the age of 18. She studied photography at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, where she developed her unique style and approach to photography. After graduating, she worked as a freelance photographer for various publications and brands, including National Geographic, The New York Times, and Apple.

In 2013, Jiajia released her first book of photographs titled “The World Through My Eyes” which showcased her work from around the world. The book was well-received by critics and fans alike and helped to establish Jiajia as one of the most talented photographers in Singapore.

Since then, Jiajia has gone on to exhibit her work in galleries around the world including London’s Tate Modern and New York’s Museum of Modern Art. Her work has also been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle Magazine. In addition to her photography career, Jiajia also works as a lecturer at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where she teaches aspiring photographers about the art form.

Jiajia’s work is characterized by its vivid colors and unique perspectives that capture moments of beauty in everyday life. Her photographs are often described as “poetic” due to their ability to evoke emotion through their composition and subject matter. Through her work, Jiajia hopes to inspire others to appreciate the beauty that can be found all around us if we take the time to look for it.
