Filippo Fior is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Milan. He is best known for his surreal and dreamlike images that explore the boundaries between reality and fantasy.

Fior was born in Milan in 1985, and began his career as a photographer at the age of 18. He studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, where he developed a passion for creating surreal images that explore the human condition. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for several years before launching his own studio in 2011.

Since then, Fior has become one of Italy's most celebrated photographers, exhibiting his work in galleries around the world. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, L'Uomo Vogue, GQ Italia, and Harper's Bazaar. He has also collaborated with fashion brands such as Gucci, Prada, and Dolce & Gabbana on campaigns and editorials.

In addition to his commercial work, Fior is also an avid fine art photographer who creates dreamlike images that explore themes of identity and self-expression. His work often features surreal elements such as levitating figures or distorted landscapes that challenge viewers to question their perception of reality.

Fior's work has been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Palazzo Reale di Milano, The National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, and The Victoria & Albert Museum in London. He has also been awarded numerous awards including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Fine Art Photographer (2015) and the Sony World Photography Award (2016).

Fior continues to push boundaries with his photography by exploring new techniques and concepts to create unique images that challenge viewers to think outside the box.
