About

Colin Solal Cardo is a French photographer and filmmaker based in Paris. He has been working in the field of photography for over 20 years, and his work has been featured in numerous publications, including Vogue, GQ, and The New York Times.

Colin was born in Paris in 1975 and grew up surrounded by art and culture. His father was a painter and his mother was a sculptor, so it's no surprise that he developed an interest in the visual arts at an early age. He began taking photographs when he was just 12 years old, using his father's camera to capture the beauty of the city around him.

After graduating from high school, Colin attended the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris where he studied photography and film. After graduating with honors, he began working as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers. His work quickly gained recognition for its unique style which combines elements of fashion photography with documentary-style storytelling.

In addition to his editorial work, Colin has also directed several short films which have been screened at festivals around the world. He is also an avid traveler who often uses his camera to document his journeys around the globe. His photographs have been exhibited in galleries across Europe and North America, including the Centre Pompidou in Paris and The Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Colin Solal Cardo is one of France's most celebrated photographers whose work continues to inspire viewers around the world.
