Bea De Giacomo is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Milan. She is best known for her unique and captivating images that explore the relationship between people and their environment.

Bea was born in Milan in 1985, and from a young age she was drawn to the visual arts. She studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, where she developed her own style of photography that combines elements of documentary, fashion, and fine art.

After graduating, Bea began working as a freelance photographer for various magazines and publications. Her work has been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue Italia, Marie Claire, Glamour Italy, Elle Italia, and many more. She has also exhibited her work at galleries around the world including the Palazzo Reale di Milano and the Triennale di Milano.

Bea’s work focuses on capturing moments of everyday life with an eye for detail and beauty. Her photographs often feature people interacting with their environment in unexpected ways, creating unique compositions that are both visually striking and emotionally powerful.

Bea’s work has been recognized by numerous awards including the International Photography Awards (IPA) in 2017 for her series “The City of Light” which explored the beauty of Paris through its streets and alleyways. In 2018 she was awarded first place at the Sony World Photography Awards for her series “The Human Condition” which focused on human relationships within urban environments.

Bea continues to push boundaries with her photography by exploring new themes and techniques while staying true to her signature style. Her work has been featured in numerous books including “The Art of Street Photography” (2018) which showcases some of her most iconic images from around the world.
