Yeewong

YEEWONG is Bhutan’s first and only women’s magazine. It celebrates every aspect of womanhood that makes women special and unique with a special focus on Bhutanese women.

The vision of the magazine is “Bringing Her Forward”. Yeewong is a Dzongkha word which means something that appeals to the heart. We at YEE like to believe that this is exactly what the magazine stands for: something that appeals to the heart of our readers.

The magazine is one of Bhutan's first publications to have a glamourous touch to its covers and pages without compromising with its substance and value of the magazine. Since its release in 2009, Yeewong has captured the attention of the Bhutanese audience in a whole new fashion. Currently the publication has the highest number of likes unlike any other magazine in the country. Yeewong magazine is released three times a year and each issue released runs on stands for four whole months.
