history

In 1967, the Swedes Rolf Lind and Göte Huss and the American Jerry O'Sheets had a vision in Stockholm. Their idea: "To use natural materials like cotton, wool, linen, silk. Because only natural materials can give our clothes the look we want them to have! We use synthetics only when we have to." "Nature's materials" was and always remained the heart and soul of Marc O'Polo as the core of its brand identity. Today the brand is the epitome of premium casual wear of mostly natural materials.

The Look

Marc O'Polo is synonymous with modern, casual and easy-to-wear fashion, predominantly in natural fabrics and materials. Five keywords reflect the values and philosophy of the company and the collections: Natural, Simplicity, Quality, Personality, Innovation.
The Marc O'Polo Men's Look is relaxed, casual and authentic. The used materials are mostly washed or tumbled and they have a time-aged-finish. Heavy knit, colourful sweaters, masculine cargos are important for the masculine look.
For the Marc O'Polo Women's collection the focus theme is all about indigo: Girl sweats, print shirts and vintage leather biker styles. Cargos and cabans inspired by military details are very important. Schoolboy blazers, loose organic sweats and lightweight washed boyfriend shirts complete the collection.
