Elizaveta Porodina is a Russian-born photographer and visual artist based in Munich, Germany. She is best known for her fashion and portrait photography, which often features surreal elements and dreamlike settings.

Porodina was born in Moscow in 1988 and grew up in a creative family. Her father was a professional photographer, while her mother was an artist. From an early age, she was exposed to the world of art and photography, which inspired her to pursue a career in the field.

In 2006, Porodina moved to Germany to study photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. During her studies, she developed an interest in fashion photography and began working with local designers and magazines. After graduating with honors in 2010, she started working as a freelance photographer for various publications such as Vogue Italia, Harper’s Bazaar Russia, GQ Germany, and many others.

Porodina’s work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City and the Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) in London. She has also been awarded several prestigious awards such as the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Fashion Photographer of the Year (2015).

Today, Porodina continues to work as a freelance photographer while also teaching workshops on fashion photography at universities across Europe. Her work has been praised for its unique vision and ability to capture emotion through surreal imagery.
