Our volunteers make every effort to comply with DMCA requests at all times. The content shown on FMD has in every case been submitted by the entity itself, related or involved professionals and/or under the premise of the fair use law. We also use cache to load externally loaded images that are not on our servers and for which we don't take any responsibility (see "Cache Policy").

UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REPRODUCTION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING OR DUPLICATING OF ANY OF THIS MATERIAL, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IS PROHIBITED. Any unauthorized use may subject the offender to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state law.
This doesn't apply to 3rd party material (read §2.0).
Material provided by any 3rd party, including material obtained through links to other sites from the Fashion Model Directory, is likely to be the copyright material of the author. In such cases permission to copy or otherwise use such material should be sought from the author.
