Bo Egestrom is a Swedish photographer and filmmaker who has been capturing stunning images of the natural world for over two decades. Born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1971, Bo developed an early interest in photography and filmmaking. He studied at the University of Gothenburg, where he earned a degree in film and television production.

After graduating, Bo began his career as a freelance photographer and filmmaker. His work has taken him around the world, from the Arctic Circle to the jungles of South America. He has documented some of the most remote places on Earth, capturing stunning images of wildlife and landscapes that few people have ever seen.

Bo's work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic, The New York Times Magazine, and The Guardian. He has also won numerous awards for his photography including the World Press Photo Award for Nature Stories in 2018. In addition to his photography work, Bo is also an accomplished filmmaker who has directed several documentaries about nature and conservation.
