Heather Huey is a New York based headwear label. Since Heather Huey starting her eponymous label in 2005, she expanded her design repertoire to include not only headwear but bodywear.
Huey’s works—priced from $130 to $360 for everyday hats, up to $3,000 for her custom-made couture concoctions—are on display in a “humble showroom, in the back of the Chinatown Wellness Center in lower Manhattan, an herbal and acupuncture store, which her father co-owns.
Heather Huey's designs have been requested by stylists Alex White, Andrew Richardson, Camilla Nickerson, Karl Templer, Lori Goldstein, Ludivine Poiblanc, Nicola Formichetti, Patti Wilson, Robbie Spencer, Tabitha Simmons, and Tonne Goodman. Huey has collaborated with designers Simon Spurr, Siki Im, Christian Siriano, and Thuy for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Bryant Park. She was afforded the opportunity to create her own pop-up installation at HL23 under the Highline Park in New York City.
