| Notes: | - At 14, the Paterson-born teen moved to New York and at 17 got her start in the midst of the club-kid era, tending bar at Manhattan’s LIMELIGHT. After her cultural experience at the church-gone-nightclub, Hicks manned the door at AMAZON, an open-air club on a pier near the financial district.
- Her first shoot was for a safe sex campaign with photographer Steven Klein.
- In 1997 Hicks opened re:AB, the top-notch Manhattan Pilates center and gym in NoHo, and took up acting.
