Wasan Puengprasert is a Thai photographer and visual artist based in Bangkok. He is best known for his unique and creative approach to photography, which often combines elements of traditional Thai culture with modern techniques.

Born in Bangkok in 1985, Wasan was exposed to photography from an early age. His father was a professional photographer, and Wasan quickly developed an interest in the art form. After graduating from high school, he attended the prestigious Chulalongkorn University where he studied photography and visual arts.

Wasan's work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, the National Gallery of Thailand, and the Singapore Art Museum. He has also been commissioned to create works for various international brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Samsung.

In addition to his commercial work, Wasan is also passionate about creating personal projects that explore themes such as identity and culture. His series “The Land of Smiles” focuses on capturing everyday life in Thailand through a unique lens. He has also created several short films that explore similar themes.

Wasan's work has been widely praised for its creativity and originality. He continues to push boundaries with his photography and strives to create meaningful images that capture the beauty of his homeland.
