Wanjie Li is a Chinese-born photographer based in New York City. She has been capturing the beauty of the world through her lens since she was a child. Her work has been featured in numerous publications, including National Geographic, The New York Times, and The Guardian.

Born in Beijing, China, Wanjie Li developed an early interest in photography and began taking pictures at the age of eight. She studied photography at the Beijing Film Academy and graduated with honors in 2006. After graduation, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for photography full-time.
