Victoria Zschommler is a renowned photographer and visual artist based in Berlin, Germany. She has been creating stunning images for over 20 years, and her work has been featured in numerous publications and exhibitions around the world.

Victoria was born in East Berlin in 1975, and grew up surrounded by the city’s vibrant art scene. She developed an early interest in photography, and began taking pictures of her friends and family at a young age. After graduating from high school, she studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.

Victoria’s work is characterized by its unique blend of documentary-style portraiture and abstract imagery. Her photographs often explore themes of identity, memory, and nostalgia. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe to capture her subjects in their natural environment, creating intimate portraits that capture the essence of each individual.

In addition to her photographic work, Victoria also creates multimedia installations that combine video, soundscapes, and interactive elements. Her installations have been exhibited at galleries across Europe as well as at international festivals such as Transmediale in Berlin and Ars Electronica in Linz.

Victoria’s work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian, Der Spiegel, Le Monde Magazine, Vogue Italia, Dazed & Confused Magazine, Vice Magazine UK/US/DE/FR/IT/ES/JP/KR/CN/RU/BR/MX , among others. She has also received numerous awards for her work including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Fine Art Series (2015), the Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3) Gold Award (2016), and the Sony World Photography Awards Professional Shortlist (2017).

Victoria currently lives and works in Berlin where she continues to create captivating images that explore themes of identity and memory through her unique visual language.
