Salomé Vorfas is an award-winning photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. She has been creating stunning images for over a decade, and her work has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, The Guardian, and National Geographic.

Salomé was born in Athens, Greece and moved to the United States when she was a young child. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and developed an early interest in photography. After graduating from high school, she attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography.

Since then, Salomé has traveled extensively throughout the world to capture unique images of people and places. Her work often focuses on themes of identity, culture, and nature. She has also worked with a variety of commercial clients including Apple, Nike, and Adobe.

In addition to her photography career, Salomé is also an active member of the Los Angeles art community. She regularly participates in gallery shows and events throughout the city. In 2020 she was awarded the prestigious Lucie Award for Outstanding Achievement in Fine Art Photography for her series “The Human Landscape” which explored themes of identity through portraiture.

Salomé’s work continues to be celebrated around the world for its beauty and insight into humanity’s relationship with nature and each other.
