Paul Wetherell is a British fashion photographer and director who has been working in the industry for over 25 years. He is best known for his work in magazines such as Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar.

Wetherell was born in London, England in 1971. He studied photography at the University of Westminster and began his career as an assistant to renowned fashion photographer Nick Knight. After working with Knight for several years, Wetherell began shooting for magazines such as The Face and Arena. His work quickly gained recognition and he was soon shooting for some of the biggest names in fashion including Calvin Klein, Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton.

In addition to his editorial work, Wetherell has also directed music videos for artists such as Bjork and Massive Attack. He has also directed commercials for brands such as Nike and Adidas. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world including the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the International Center of Photography in New York City.

Wetherell's style is characterized by its bold use of color and texture combined with a strong sense of composition.
