Nigel Parry is an award-winning photographer and director who has been working in the industry for over 25 years. He has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Nike, Apple, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.
Born in London, England in 1971, Nigel developed a passion for photography at an early age. He studied photography at the University of Westminster and then went on to work as a freelance photographer for various publications. In 1997 he moved to New York City and began working as a commercial photographer.
Throughout his career, Nigel has been recognized for his unique style of photography which often combines elements of fashion and portraiture. His work has been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue, GQ, Esquire, and The New York Times Magazine. He has also directed several music videos for artists such as Jay-Z and Beyonce.
In addition to his commercial work, Nigel is also an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and capturing them through his lens. His travels have taken him to places such as India, South Africa, Japan, and Cuba where he has documented the lives of everyday people with stunning photographs that capture the beauty of their culture.
Nigel’s work has earned him numerous awards including the International Photography Award (IPA) in 2006 and the Lucie Award for Outstanding Achievement in Commercial Photography in 2008. He continues to be one of the most sought after photographers in the industry today.
