Luc Coiffait is a French photographer and visual artist based in Paris. He is best known for his surrealist photography, which often features dreamlike landscapes and abstract compositions.

Born in Paris in 1983, Luc Coiffait developed an interest in photography at an early age. He began experimenting with the medium while still a teenager, taking pictures of his friends and family. After graduating from high school, he studied photography at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris.

In 2006, Luc Coiffait began to focus on surrealist photography, creating dreamlike images that explore the boundaries between reality and fantasy. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including shows at the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. He has also published several books of his photographs, including “The Dreamers” (2008) and “The Unseen” (2010).

In addition to his photographic work, Luc Coiffait is also an accomplished filmmaker. His short films have been screened at film festivals around the world, including Cannes and Sundance. He has also directed music videos for artists such as Björk and The Chemical Brothers.
