Louise Smit is a Dutch photographer who has been capturing the beauty of the world for over two decades. She is known for her stunning landscapes, portraits, and still life photography.

Born in Amsterdam in 1971, Louise developed an interest in photography at a young age. She began taking pictures of her family and friends, and soon realized that she had a talent for capturing moments in time. After graduating from high school, she attended the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague where she studied photography and fine art.

After graduating from the academy, Louise began working as a freelance photographer. She traveled around Europe and beyond to capture stunning images of nature and people. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic, Time Magazine, and The New York Times.

In addition to her work as a photographer, Louise also teaches workshops on photography and digital imaging at various universities throughout Europe. She is passionate about helping others learn how to capture beautiful images with their cameras.

Louise's work has been exhibited in galleries around the world including the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Her photographs have also been featured on television shows such as BBC's "The One Show" and "The Culture Show".

Louise continues to travel around the world capturing stunning images that tell stories about people and places. Her passion for photography is evident in every image she takes; each one is unique and captures a moment that will never be repeated again.
