Lado Alexi

Highly imaginative, Lado Alexi is able to execute fresh images that question reality as well as make you look for the ‘trick’ behind each photograph.

Lado´s work has been featured in magazine like Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair, Jalouse, Amica, GQ, Cosmopolitan. He has been submitting work for L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Lacoste, Swarovski, Braun, Mercedes Benz, Cartier and YSL amongst others.

Georgia-born and Moscow-raised, Lado Alexi was always fascinated by photography, movies and visual arts in general. After studying graphic design in Hamburg and photography in Paris he was nominated in 2004 for best newcomer Photographer at the prestigious Lucie Award in New York.

Since then he began to work as a professional photographer. Right now Lado lives and works between Hamburg, Paris and Moscow. With all that globetrotting, there’s no question as to where he derives all his ideas from.
