Kjell Ruben Strøm is a Norwegian photographer and visual artist who has been capturing the beauty of the natural world for over two decades. Born in 1971, he grew up in the small town of Ålesund, Norway, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the fjords and mountains.

At an early age, Kjell developed a passion for photography and began to explore his creative side. He studied photography at the University of Bergen and graduated with a degree in Visual Arts in 1998. After graduation, he moved to Oslo where he worked as a freelance photographer for several years before establishing his own studio in 2004.

Kjell's work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic, The New York Times Magazine, and The Guardian. His photographs have also been exhibited at galleries around the world including The Museum of Modern Art in New York City and The National Gallery of Norway.

Kjell's work is characterized by its focus on nature and its ability to capture moments that are both beautiful and fleeting. He often uses long exposures to create dreamlike images that evoke emotion and wonderment. His photographs are often described as being both poetic and powerful, capturing moments that are both intimate and grandiose.

Kjell continues to explore new ways to capture the beauty of nature through his photography while also teaching workshops around Europe on how to use light creatively when taking photographs. He currently lives in Oslo with his wife and two children where he continues to pursue his passion for photography every day.
