Kim Mun is a Korean-American photographer based in Los Angeles, California. She is best known for her vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.

Mun was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to the United States when she was a young child. She grew up in Los Angeles and developed an interest in photography at an early age. After graduating from high school, she attended the Art Center College of Design where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography.

Mun has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times Magazine. Her work has also been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles and the International Center of Photography in New York City.

In addition to her commercial work, Mun is also passionate about documentary photography and has traveled extensively to capture stories from around the world. Her work has taken her to places such as India, Mexico, Cuba, and South Africa where she has documented people’s lives with sensitivity and respect.
