Jo Hun Je is a Korean photographer and visual artist based in Seoul, South Korea. He is best known for his unique and captivating photographs of everyday life in South Korea.

Born in Seoul in 1982, Jo Hun Je developed an interest in photography at an early age. He began taking pictures of his family and friends, as well as the streets of Seoul. After graduating from high school, he attended the Seoul Institute of the Arts where he studied photography and visual arts.

In 2006, Jo Hun Je had his first solo exhibition at the Gallery Hyundai in Seoul. His work was well-received by critics and audiences alike, and he quickly gained recognition for his unique style of photography. His photographs often feature everyday scenes from South Korean life, such as street markets, festivals, and traditional ceremonies. He also captures moments of beauty in nature, such as sunsets over the Han River or snow-covered mountains.

Since then, Jo Hun Je has exhibited his work around the world including at galleries in New York City, London, Tokyo, Paris and Berlin. His photographs have been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times Magazine and Vogue Korea. In addition to exhibiting his work internationally, Jo Hun Je has also taught workshops on photography at universities throughout South Korea.
