Janneke van der Hagen is a Dutch photographer who has been capturing stunning images of the world around her since she was a young girl. Born in Amsterdam, Janneke developed an early passion for photography and began taking pictures of her family and friends. She soon realized that she had a talent for capturing the beauty of everyday life, and decided to pursue photography as a career.

Janneke attended the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, where she studied photography and fine art. After graduating, she moved to London to further her studies at the University of Westminster. During this time, Janneke developed her own unique style of photography, combining elements of documentary and fine art to create beautiful images that tell stories.

Since then, Janneke has become an internationally renowned photographer whose work has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and National Geographic. She has also exhibited her work in galleries around the world including New York City’s Museum of Modern Art and London’s Tate Modern.

In addition to her photographic work, Janneke is also an accomplished author who has written several books on photography and art theory. Her most recent book “The Art of Seeing” was published in 2020 and explores how we can use our eyes to see the world differently.

Janneke continues to travel around the world capturing stunning images that capture the beauty of everyday life. Her work is a testament to her passion for photography and her commitment to creating meaningful art that speaks to people from all walks of life.
