David Ajkai is a Hungarian photographer and visual artist based in Budapest. He has been taking photographs since he was a child, and his work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world.

Ajkai's work is characterized by its vivid colors and bold compositions. He often uses natural light to create dramatic scenes, and his photographs often feature people in everyday situations. His work has been described as "capturing the beauty of everyday life."

Ajkai's career began when he was accepted into the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for several years before establishing his own studio in 2006. Since then, he has worked on a variety of projects including advertising campaigns, fashion shoots, and editorial assignments for magazines such as Vogue and Elle.

In addition to his commercial work, Ajkai also produces personal projects that explore themes such as identity, memory, and nostalgia. His series "The City of My Dreams" was exhibited at the Hungarian National Gallery in 2014. In 2016, he released his first book "The World Through My Eyes," which featured a selection of his photographs from around the world.

Ajkai's work has been recognized with numerous awards including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Series in 2015 and the Grand Prix at the International Color Awards in 2017. He is also an active member of several photography organizations including the Association of Hungarian Photographers (MFP) and the Association of Hungarian Fine Art Photographers (MFF).
