Bell Soto is a Venezuelan-born photographer and visual artist based in New York City. He is best known for his vibrant, surrealistic images that explore themes of identity, sexuality, and the human condition.

Soto was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1983. He studied photography at the University of the Arts London and graduated with a BA in Photography in 2006. After graduating, he moved to New York City to pursue his career as a photographer.

Soto's work has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, The New York Times Magazine, and Harper's Bazaar. His photographs have also been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

In addition to his photography work, Soto has also collaborated with fashion designers such as Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs on campaigns and editorial projects. He has also directed music videos for artists such as Solange Knowles and Santigold.
