Supermodel Naomi Campbell returned to a central London police station this morning over an allegation of assault and was re-bailed until December.
Ms Campbell was released on police bail in London in the early hours of this morning after being questioned over a new allegation of assault. The 36-year-old was taken to a central London police station yesterday afternoon when a woman alleged she had been assaulted at an address in Westminster.
Shortly after 1am today, Scotland Yard announced the model had been bailed to attend a London police station on a date in October. A spokesperson for the supermodel said last night he believed there had been a 'misunderstanding'.
It is believed the woman Ms Campbell allegedly assaulted was her counsellor. The supermodel was discovered at the age of 15. She quickly shot to fame, becoming the first black model to appear on the covers of Time magazine, and French and British Vogue.
