Have you always wanted to be a model? If not, what did you want to be growing up?
Since I compared myself to celebrities, becoming a model has seemed to me as an impossible thing to achieve. I've always been intrigued by this industry, and I've always admired models, but my aspiration was to become a detective.

How were you scouted?
I was scouted on tik tok. It's really crazy because I never thought that by simply posting silly videos with my friends on a social net-working service, I would have been catapulted into a new and crazy world.

How would you describe yourself as a model in three words?
Diligent, versatile and fun loving.

Your first modeling job?
My first job was for Duvetica e-commerce. I was excited and anxious at the same time, since it was a new thing for me. It went great and I had a good time.

What is your favorite or most exciting aspect about being a model?
I personally think that the most exciting thing about being a model is meeting new people from all places and discovering their uniqueness.

Is there anyone that you admire as a role model and why?
My mom is the toughest human being on earth. She is the role model I admire and I hope to become one day.

What's been your biggest OMG moment to date?
I sincerely don't think I've had an OMG kind of moment, but I'm always enthusiastic about everything I have to do and try to make every moment special.

What is your dream shoot/campaign?
I would love to shoot in an amusement park, because I like the freedom vibes that come through those kinds of places.

Biggest lesson that modelling has taught you?
The biggest lesson modeling has taught me is that you have to look after yourself, because if you don't do it anybody will. Also, don't take things too personal: client could like you and choose you, while another one chooses not to book you. it's how it works

What's the best life advice you've ever received?
An advice that really changed the way I see things, is that your happiness depends on how much you're letting other people affect you.

How do you stay in shape?
I swim since i was 3. With the swimming pools closed due to covid, I replaced swimming with going for long walks around the streets of Milano with my friends. It's fun and really calms me down.

What do you think about fashion? What does it mean to you?
We live in a world full of differences of expression, so I think of fashion as a way to express yourself and as a form of art.

If you had to be head to toe in one designer brand for the rest of your life, which would it be?
I would choose channel, as I think of this brand as timeless and classy.

How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style with the word Different. My style depends on my mood, so it's never the same.

Denim or leather?
Denim all the way.

Heels or flats?
Flats 100%.

Vintage or contemporary fashion?
I like vintage. Vintage clothing shows history, but if i have to choose i would say contemporary fashion, because now creativity has no limits.

What is your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure and weakness is and always will be gelato. Bring me some gelato, and I'll be yours.

What's been your most indulgent purchase since you became a model?
I prefer spending my money on experiences, so my most indulgent purchase so far has been a vacation with my friends in an Italian region.

If you were an emoji, which would you be and why?
I would be the emoji with the country cap on. It's really funny and lately I'm using this one in every text.

When you're not busy modeling, what are some of your favorite things to do?
I recently started trying to learn how to skate with one of my dearest friends, so you would probably see me in a skate park or on the grass listening to some indie music. (don't take me wrong, i still don't know how to properly skate)

What are you working on now and what do you dream of happening in the future?
Right now, I'm focusing on my studies, so I can assure myself a safe future. Hopefully I'll be able to travel and see every part of the world.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years' time?
I don't exactly know where I see myself in ten years from now, but I hope to have become fully independent and to have overcome all the challenges that stood up in front of me.

Thank you, Noemi, for taking the time to talk with us!
