Gigi and Bella Hadid shine in Versace on double cover for British Vogue

Gigi and Bella Hadid are the cover stars of the March 2018 issue of British Vogue.

The issue is Edward Enninful's fourth iteration of #NewVogue and marks the first gilded double cover for the supermodel sisters.

Photographed by Steven Meisel and styled by Joe McKenna, Gigi and Bella adorn individual and almost identical covers wearing identical gold chainmail Versace gowns.

In an inside monochrome image from the shoot (pictured above), the duo appear naked their hair down and free, looking over their shoulders at the camera.

For the sisters, the double cover was a dream and both models took to instagram to share the news. 'Very honored to be your March cover girl @britishvogue @edward_enninful with my sissy @bellahadid on a second cover,' Gigi captioned a photo of her cover shot.

Bella also shared her cover with the caption: 'All my love to you sweet, sweet @edward_enninful and all at @britishvogue for having my beautiful sissy @gigihadid and I share the March cover showing how similar we really are.'

In a backstage interview in Manhattan, New York, Gigi revealed to features director Giles Hattersley how strong the bond is between her and Bella. 'She's one of the only people I'll get aggressive for,' she says about seeing her sister grow up. 'She makes me so proud. I would do anything for her.'
