Tuesday (January 20th) saw Adriana Lima
and Karolina Kurkova
join forces to promote the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Portugieser watch by Swiss luxury brand IWC Schaffhausen, and the supermodel duo made a more sophisticated second impact later that evening when they hit the event's dinner gala.
The Brazilian and Czech supermodels, who previously that day showcased a limited time edition of the famous timepiece which will only run from Monday, January 19th until the week comes to a close on Friday (January 23rd), took center stage to continued their celebrations as ambassadors of IWC Schaffhausen at the 25th Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie in Geneva, Switzerland.
Smokey-eyed and with her raven hair pulled back into a slick ponytail, Lima swapped the asymmetrical little black David Koma dress she wore earlier for a more femme fatale chic look in matching color, this time from Zuhair Murad's Autumn/Winter 2014 offering. The exquisite floor-length frock fit snug on her body and featured sheer panels on the torso and sleeves which were adorned with eyelet and leather.
On the other hand, Kurkova, who earlier had on a vintage-inspired sheer black dress by Haney, turned up the glamour with a structured Zac Posen number in dark grey while wearing her blonde locks in a wispy updo and a dash of red lipstick. The sumptuous Autumn/Winter 2014 creation skimmed the floor and featured draping at the bust, a bustle peplum at the back and a fin-like detail at the skirt.
