Sophia Webster Launches A Handbag Collection

British designer Sophia Webster has launched her first full handbag collection.

The new collection features flamingo-adorned cross-body bags, iridescent blue minaudiere clutches and nautically striped totes, the spring launch comes ahead of her highly anticipated store opening on Mount Street in May.

'I always knew that I wanted to be known for my bags as much as I'm known for my shoes,' Webster told WWD. 'At the beginning it was basically just me, so I decided to focus on the shoes. Now that I have a team in place, I can make sure that the line is produced properly.'

Priced from $426 to $994, the bags are available to purchase online on the brand's website and will be in stores like Selfridges and Saks Fifth Avenue later this month.
