JW Anderson designs for Uniqlo

Following on its announcement earlier this spring the 'JW Anderson x Uniqlo' collection, is finally here.

The highly anticipated 33-piece collection between the Japanese retailer and the British designer, is an ode to the simplicity of classic British style. Consisting of tartan, trenches, cable-knit sweaters and more, the collection is both timeless and wearable, with wardrobe essentials to carry one through winter and beyond.

According to Uniqlo, the collection reflects its core values of thoughtfulness, quality and excellence in material and functionality. Further, the aesthetics and design philosophy of Anderson fits perfectly to Uniqlo. 'Working with Uniqlo is probably the most incredible template of democracy in fashion, and it's nice that my design can be accessible to anyone, on all different levels,' Anderson said about the collaboration.

The "JW Anderson x Uniqlo" collection will be available from September 20, 2017 in stores as well as online.
