Cartier Relaunches Iconic Panthere Collection

Cartier has revived a new edition of its most iconic watch the Panthere de Cartier collection.

First introduced in 1983, the Panthere de Cartier was briefly known as the 'Santos D' (D for Demoiselle) and was in production until 2000. It became the best-selling ladies watch from Cartier and was a favorite amongst icons from the 1980s, such as Grace Jones, Cher and Elizabeth Taylor.

Cartier has relaunched the signature motif with a new edition in a collection of twelve models of yellow gold, rose gold, white gold or steel - alternatively with or without diamond bezel. In addition, there will be two other versions of rose gold and black lacquer as well as white gold and diamonds, both models are strictly limited.

The new Panthere de Cartier is available till 31 May 2017 exclusively in a Cartier pop-up shop at Net-a-porter.com, priced between approximately 3500 and 150,000 euros.

From June 2017, Panthere will be available in Cartier boutiques as well as selected dealers.
