Brand of the Week: Haikure

Each week, we take the time to highlight our favorite Fashion brands. Last week, we profiled sustainable lifestyle brand Simon Miller and this week we've decided to feature Haikure.

The eco-sustainable lifestyle brand was launched in 2011 by CS Jeans, a renowned Italian denim manufacturing company for men, women, and children since 1981, based in Trestina (PG).

Haikure takes its name from the union of the word Haiku, a Japanese minimalist poetic composition inspired by the words pure, nature and future which are the values at the core of the brand. The name is not only simple and multi-faceted but is an expression of its vision and evokes the future while respecting the present.

All of Haikure's items are exclusive, using high quality Italian and Japanese fabrics with attention to detail and respect for the planet. The label uses eco-sustainable materials and processes under the control of 'Made By'- an independent agency that controls the social and environmental conditions of all elements of the production process.

Haikure employs approximately 100 people and has a current turnover of 30 million euros. The brand also makes the tracking of its items using QRCode technology via which customers can trace all the information related to the production history of each garment.
