Dior unveils New Book Documenting Raf Simons Tenure

French fashion house Dior has unveiled a new coffee table book that chronicles Raf Simons' three-year trailblazing tenure.

Titled 'Dior Raf Simons 2012-2015' the 344 page tome was written by fashion journalist Tim Blanks and published by Assouline. The cover features a bright red jacket, inspired by the Bar Jacket launched by Raf in Dior's 2012 autumn haute couture series while inside there are 225 illustrations and photographs by Laziz Hamani, Tim Walker, Paolo Roversi, Peter Lindbergh, Willy Vanderperre, and Sarah Moon.

The book gives an insight into the Belgian designer's mind, his streamlined aesthetic and innovative approach, merging it with Dior's poetic femininity. An ode to his avant-garde vision, it is a must-have collection for fashion enthusiasts and art lovers alike.

Priced at 195 Euros, the Dior Raf Simons book is available in French and English and is the sixth volume in The Dior Series. Since 2016, Dior has dedicated a beautiful book to each of its emblematic artistic directors: Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferre, and John Galliano.
