The perfume company Air-Val Internacional was founded in 1979 in Barcelona. In 1981 it created the first Disney fragrance, with versions for boys and girls - Dandy Mickey and Lady Minnie- that are still sold today. The relationship between Air-Val Internacional and Disney has become so strong that the Spanish company manufactures and distributes over 100 Disney perfumery product references making it Disney�s most important licensee company.

Air-Val Internacional also holds licences for other important international firms operating in the field of children�s perfumery. It currently has over 200 perfumery products and cosmetics for children and teenagers, thus consolidating its position as one of the leading companies in this sector.

In 2001 Air-Val Internacional took a qualitative leap and created Beverly Fragances, the division of the company for adult products, that is currently present in over 67 countries with the brand Beverly Hills Polo Club.

Its laboratories use the most advanced technology for cosmetics and fragrances thanks to its constant innovation. Over 100 people work at its head office in Barcelona. The company also has another office in Miami.

In Spain, Air-Val sells its products direct to perfumery chains, department stores and retail stores. On an international level, the company is present in five continents through local distributors, who are responsible for delivering the products to their final point of sale. The company exports 60% of its total production.

Air-Val participates in the most important trade fairs in the sector, such as Cosmoprof (Italy), TFWA (in Singapore and Cannes), IAADFS (Fort Lauderdale) and Licensing Show (New York).
