Shin Sun Hye is a South Korean photographer and visual artist. She was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1985 and has been creating art since she was a child. She studied photography at the Seoul Institute of the Arts and graduated with a degree in photography in 2008.

Shin Sun Hye's work focuses on capturing the beauty of everyday life, often through her use of natural light and muted colors. Her photographs have been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, and the International Center for Photography in Tokyo.

In addition to her photography work, Shin Sun Hye is also an active member of the Korean art community. She has served as a judge for several international photography competitions and has been invited to speak at various conferences about her work. In 2020, she was awarded an honorary doctorate from Hongik University for her contributions to Korean art.

Shin Sun Hye's work has been praised for its ability to capture moments that are both intimate and universal. Her photographs have been described as "poetic" and "hauntingly beautiful," with an eye for detail that allows viewers to experience each moment as if they were there themselves.
