Scott Schuman is an American fashion photographer and blogger best known for his blog, The Sartorialist. He began his career in the fashion industry in the late 1990s, working as a salesperson at Barneys New York. In 2005, he launched The Sartorialist blog, which quickly gained a large following and established him as one of the most influential voices in fashion photography.

Schuman has since become a fixture on the international fashion scene, shooting campaigns for major brands such as Gap and Levi's. He has also collaborated with numerous magazines including Vogue, GQ, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. His work has been featured in exhibitions around the world and he has been honored with numerous awards including the CFDA Media Award in 2012.

In addition to his photography work, Schuman is also an author. He released his first book The Sartorialist: Closer in 2008 and followed it up with The Sartorialist: X in 2014. He also co-authored a book with Garance Doré titled Love Style Life in 2016.

Schuman currently lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
