His photographs have been described as "dreamlike" and "otherworldly," capturing moments that are both beautiful and strange. He has photographed celebrities such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Kanye West, as well as fashion campaigns for brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

In addition to his commercial work, Farago has also created several personal projects that explore themes of identity and belonging. His series "The Outsiders" was inspired by his own experience of being an immigrant in the United States. The project was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City in 2018.
