Marc de Groot is a Dutch photographer who has been capturing stunning images of the world around him for over two decades. Marc was born in Amsterdam in 1971 and grew up surrounded by art and culture. He developed an early interest in photography and began taking pictures at a young age. After graduating from high school, he studied photography at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. During his studies, he developed a passion for travel photography and began to explore the world through his lens.

Since then, Marc has traveled to over 50 countries across six continents, capturing stunning images of landscapes, wildlife, people, and cultures. His work has been featured in numerous publications around the world and he has won several awards for his photography. He is also an active member of several international photographic organizations such as World Press Photo and Magnum Photos.
