Lily and Lilac are a fashion photography duo based in Toronto. Born and raised in Montreal, the identical twin sisters earned their professional degrees at Dawson's Institute of Photography in 2006, moving their business to Toronto shortly thereafter. Their editorial work has appeared in publications including Elle Canada, Fashion, Glow, [Dress to] Kill, Weddingbells and the Globe & Mail. Advertising and retail clients include The Room at Hudson's Bay, Maison Simons, Danier, The Bay's B-Insider, Bluenotes, Suzy Shier, Rouge by P&G, Sears, and Schawk.
Lily and Lilac have been featured in several events and gallery shows including Women x Women and Hot Lights, and were selected to produce short films for the DIScONNECT Fashion Film Festival. They have also contributed work a number of times to the Oceana Ball charity fundraiser in support of the Herbie Fund at SickKids. In 2012, Lily & Lilac were nominated for Photographer of the Year at the P&G Beauty & Grooming Awards.
