Lea Colombo is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Milan. She has been working in the field of photography since the early 2000s, and her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications around the world.

Colombo's work is characterized by its dreamy, surrealistic aesthetic, often featuring elements of nature and the human form. Her photographs explore themes of identity, memory, and emotion, often blurring the boundaries between reality and fantasy. She has a particular interest in exploring how photography can be used to capture moments of beauty and emotion that are otherwise fleeting or ephemeral.

Colombo's work has been exhibited at galleries and museums around the world, including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome, Italy; The Photographers' Gallery in London; The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston; The International Center for Photography in New York City; The National Gallery of Canada; and many more. Her photographs have also been featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, Harper's Bazaar UK, Marie Claire France, Elle Magazine Italy, L'Uomo Vogue Italy, GQ Japan, among others.

In addition to her photographic work, Colombo is also an accomplished filmmaker. She has directed several short films that have been screened at film festivals around the world. In 2017 she was awarded Best Director at the Milan Film Festival for her short film "The Dreamers".
