Joseph Paradiso is an American photographer and visual artist based in New York City. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful photographs of urban landscapes, street scenes, and cityscapes.

Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1965, Joseph Paradiso developed an early interest in photography. He began taking pictures of the city around him at a young age, capturing the energy and vibrancy of the streets. After graduating from high school, he attended the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan where he studied photography and film.

In the late 1980s, Joseph began to focus on his own photographic work. His photographs often feature bright colors and bold compositions that capture the energy of urban life. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe to capture images of cities such as Paris, London, Rome, Berlin, Barcelona, and New York City. His work has been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times Magazine, The Wall Street Journal Magazine, National Geographic Traveler Magazine, and many others.

Joseph's work has been exhibited at galleries around the world including The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City; The International Center for Photography (ICP) in New York City; The Photographers' Gallery in London; The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles; and many others. In addition to his photographic work, Joseph also teaches workshops on photography at various institutions including ICP and MoMA.
