About

Johannes Kuczera is a German photographer and visual artist based in Berlin. He is known for his unique and creative approach to photography, which often combines elements of nature, architecture, and the human form.

Kuczera was born in Berlin in 1982. He studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, Germany, where he graduated with a degree in photography and media design. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for several years before establishing his own studio in Berlin.

He often uses natural elements such as trees or rocks to create abstract shapes that contrast with the human form or architecture. His photographs are often described as surreal or dreamlike due to their unique composition and use of color.

Kuczera continues to work as a freelance photographer while also teaching workshops on photography around Europe. He has also published several books featuring his work including "The Art of Seeing" (2014) and "The Art of Light" (2016).
