Giampaolo Sgura is an Italian fashion photographer who has been working in the industry for over two decades. He is best known for his work in magazines such as Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar.

Born in Milan, Italy in 1975, Giampaolo Sgura developed an interest in photography at a young age. He began his career as an assistant to renowned fashion photographer Oliviero Toscani and soon after began shooting for Italian magazines such as Amica and Max. His work quickly gained recognition and he was soon shooting for international publications like Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar.

Throughout his career, Giampaolo Sgura has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry including Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Gucci, Versace, Armani, Valentino and many more. He has also shot campaigns for major brands such as L'Oreal and Lancome. His work has been featured on the covers of numerous magazines including Vogue Italia and Elle Italia.

In addition to his editorial work, Giampaolo Sgura has also directed several short films including "The Last Day" (2009) which won Best Short Film at the Rome International Film Festival. He has also directed music videos for artists such as Jovanotti and Negramaro.
