Gautier Pellegrin is a French photographer and visual artist based in Paris. He is best known for his work in fashion, portraiture, and documentary photography.

Pellegrin was born in Paris in 1988. He studied photography at the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles, France, where he graduated with honors in 2011. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer for various publications and brands.

In 2013, Pellegrin was awarded the Prix Picto de la Mode for his series of photographs of the French fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. The series was later exhibited at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. In 2014, he was commissioned by the French Ministry of Culture to create a series of photographs documenting the life of French citizens living abroad. The resulting project was exhibited at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris.

Pellegrin has also collaborated with numerous fashion designers and brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, and Hermès. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, Harper’s Bazaar UK, and L’Officiel Hommes France. In 2017, he released his first monograph titled “Gautier Pellegrin: A Decade of Photography” which showcased his work from 2007-2017.

Pellegrin continues to work as a freelance photographer and visual artist based out of Paris. His work has been exhibited internationally including shows at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), Maison Européenne de la Photographie (Paris), Foam Fotografiemuseum (Amsterdam), and Fotografiska (Stockholm).
